| 摘要: |
| 目的观察不同推拿手法作用于原发性痛经患者的疗效并研究其作用机制。方法120 例患者随机分为6
组：振腹组、摩腹组、一指禅组、擦腰组、布洛芬组和假手法组。分别进行振腹、摩腹、一指禅、擦腰、口服布洛芬胶囊治疗和
假手法对照，于月经来潮前3 d 开始治疗，2 次/d，3 d 为1 疗程，共治疗3 个疗程；运用“长海痛尺”疼痛量表观察其经期
腹痛改善情况，并检测患者治疗前后血清前列腺素F2a（PGF2α）含量。结果推拿手法治疗各组经期腹痛程度较治疗前减
轻，与布洛芬组疗效相似，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；推拿手法治疗各组和布洛芬组治疗后血清PGF2α
含量均有明显下
降，其中振腹组治疗后血清PGF2α
含量与布洛芬组差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论不同推拿手法对于缓解原发性痛经
疼痛症状的疗效确切，振腹组与布洛芬组血清PGF2α
含量下降相当。其治疗机制可能是通过降低PGF2α
含量实现的。 |

| Effects of different massage manipulations on serum PGF2αand pain in patients with primary dysmenorrhea |

| Abstract: |
| Objective To investigate the mechanism and effects of different massage manipulations
on primary dysmenorrhea patients. Methods 120 patients with primary dysmenorrhea were randomly
divided into 6 groups treated with different massage manipulations or medicines: vibrating abdomen
group, rubbing abdomen group, one -finger scrubbing group, scra ping waist group, ibuprofen
group, and fake manipulation control group. Different groups were given different treatments
twice a day, 3 days a course which started from 3 days before menstruation. 3 courses were taken
before the treatment effects were evaluated by testing the Changhai Pain Rating Scale and content
of serum PGF2α. Results The symptoms of dysmenorrhea were improved in vibrating abdomen group,
rubbing abdomen group, one-finger scrubbing group and scraping waist group, and their data were
similar to the ibuprofen group’s with no significant statistic differences （P＞0.05）. The content of
PGF2α decreased after treatments in different massage manipulation groups and ibuprofen group. Among
these groups, the content of PGF2α in vibrating abdomen group was similar to ibuprofen
group. Conclusion The different massage manipulations are effective to primary dysmenorrhea
patients. The mechanism could be related to the decrease of serum PGF2α. |
