| 摘要: |
| 目的观察温灸盒灸结合拔罐治疗功能性腹泻虚证、寒证的临床疗效。方法将50例功能性腹泻虚证、寒证患者随机分为治疗组27例,对照组23例。治疗组采用温灸盒灸结合拔罐治疗,对照组采用易蒙停口服给药治疗,10 d为1个疗程,2个疗程后观察治疗效果。结果 (1)治疗组总有效率88.89%,高于对照组(73.91%),两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);(2)治疗1个疗程后两组症状总评分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组在改善临床症状方面起效较快。结论温灸盒灸结合拔罐治疗功能性腹泻虚证、寒证疗效确切,起效时间快于口服易蒙停组。 |

| Objective To observe the with cupping therapy on functional diarrhea clinical curative effect of Box-moxibustion combined with cold syndromes and deficient syndrome. Methods 50 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups: 27 patients in treatment group were treated with Box-moxibustion combined with cupping therapy while 23 patients in control group were treated with oral administration of Yimengting liquid. After 2 treatment courses (10 days a course), the clinical effects and clinical symptom score were recorded and evaluated. Results 1.The total effect rate in treatment group was 88.89% which was higher than the datum in control group (73.91%); the difference had statistic significance (P <0.05). 2. After one treatment the difference of the total symptom scores between the 2 groups were statistically significant; it was faster to improve the clinical symptoms in treatment group. Conclusion Box-moxibustion combined with cupping therapy is effective for functional diarrhea with cold syndrome and deficient syndrome and its beginning effect is faster than oral Yimengting liquid. |
