摘要: |
目的筛选目安眼用凝胶剂成型最适合的基质组方,确定其最佳配比,为进一步研究奠定基础。方法以均匀性、成型性、涂展性、稠度等为评价指标,采用正交试验及等级一致性检验法,对卡波姆凝胶基质的配比进行研究。结果目安眼用凝胶卡波姆基质最佳配比为卡波姆0.8 g、甘油3.0 g和氢氧化钠0.4 g。结论确定了目安眼用凝胶卡波姆基质组方最佳配比,按该配方制备目安眼用凝胶剂,成型性最优。 |

Abstract: |
To select the best matrix prescription for Muan oph
thalmic gel moldability, determine the optimal proportioning and lay the foundation for the further
research. MethodsThe experimental study was determined with the evaluation indexes of the u
niformity, moldability, extensity and consistence, and the orthogonal design test methods and Hi
erarchical consistency test method. Results The best proportioning of Muan oph
thalmic gel carbomer matrix is that carbomer 0.6 g, glycerol 2.0 g, sodium hydroxide 0.2 g.
ConclusionThe best proportioning of Muan ophthalmic gel carbomer matrix have been ensured.
Preparation Muan ophthalmic gel in accor dance with this matrix proportioning, its moldability is
the best. |
