刺蓝抗疲口服液对小鼠免疫及抗应激作用的影响 |

摘要: |
目的研究刺蓝抗疲口服液的抗应激作用及对免疫功能的影响。方法将小鼠分为6组:空白组,模型组,口服养生精组,刺蓝抗疲口服液低、中、高剂量组,采用小鼠注射环磷酰胺和腹部手术分别建立免疫抑制和创伤模型,观察刺蓝抗疲口服液对免疫低下小鼠碳粒廓清、血清溶血素、创伤小鼠负重游泳耗竭时间和常压耐缺氧存活时间的影响。结果与模型组比较,刺蓝抗疲口服液高剂组碳粒廓清指数、血清溶血素明显提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);小鼠负重游泳时间和耐缺氧的生存时间明显延长,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论刺蓝抗疲口服液具有抗应激和增强小鼠非特异性免疫及体液免疫功能的作用。 |

Effects of Cilan Kangpi liquid on immune functionand anti-stress response in mice |

(To study the effect of Cilan Kangpi oral liquid on anti-stress and the
influence in immune function. MethodsImmuno-suppressed model were established by intraperi
toneal injecting of cyclophosphamide and abdominal trauma model were established by surgery.
Then, the effects of Cilan Kangpi oral liquid on carbon clearance and serum hemolysin in low im
mune mice, load swimming time and the anti-hypoxia survival time of wound mice were observed.
ResultsCompared with the modeling group, carbon clearance index and serum hemolysin were sig
nificantly improved and the load swimming time and anti-hypoxia survival time were significantly
prolonged in Cilan Kangpi oral liquid high-dose group (all <0.01).ConclusionCilan Kangpi oral
liquid can enhance the anti-stress ability and improve non-specific immune and humoral immune
function in mice.) |
