| 摘要: |
| 晋唐时期，以伤寒研究为中心，以疫病、天行、时行、时气、温病等研究为翼助，疫病的辨证体系得到了较大丰富，且众多医家从不同角度探讨疫病:认为伤寒有新感而成、两感而成、直中三阴而成;提出伏邪温病、新感温病
等概念，指出温病由“伏邪”、“病气”(“乖决之气”)等导致，温病初起应使用寒凉药;《诸病源候论》则对疫病的传染性进行了探究〔疫病辨治思路有时气病六经口期辨治、时气病表里口期辨治、天行病口期辨治和疫病病脏腑辨治等，但大都体现了时间辨治思想、晋唐医家对疫病证候的认识、辨治思路及疫病流行性、传染性的辨识等，对后世疫病学发展产生了积极影响。 |

| Abstract: |
| [Abstract]In the Jin and Tang Dynasties, the TCM syndromes of epidemic diseases were in-
eluded in the concepts of typhoid fever, epidemics, and plague epidemic febrile diseases, etc:The
studies on new affection and incubative pathogen doctrine had been advancing, and the infectivity
of epidemic diseases had been documented clearly. The value of cooling medicines in the treatment
of Epidemic Diseases had been found. The main syndrome differentiation was six -meridian syn-
drome differentiation system. In addition, there also were the Zang -Fu syndrome differentiation,
the date-based syndrome differentiation, and the disease differentiation and treatment which were
according to and reflected the experiences of doctors. All of these had a positive impact on the
later development of epidemic diseases study. |
