| 摘要: |
| 目的观察培土消癥方直流电药物离子导入治疗卵巢囊肿的临床疗效及安全性。方法将140例卵巢囊肿患者随机分成观察组和空白组各70例,观察组用自拟培土消癥方中药煎煮浓缩液加直流电离子导入疗法治疗,空白组不做处理。结果观察组总有效率为81.4%,与空白组总有效率7.1%比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);囊肿直径<5 cm者总有效率为94.9%,与囊肿直径5～10 cm者总有效率64.5%比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论培土消癥方直流电药物离子导入治疗卵巢囊肿有较好的疗效,同时提示早期治疗的重要性。 更多还原 |

| aozheng decoction Objective To investigate the clinical effects of the iontophoresis with Peitu Xi- on ovarian cyst. Methods 140 patients with ovarian cyst were randomly divided mto treatment were treated group and control group, 70 patients with direct current group ‘()ntrol with nothing. Results The iontophoresis total effective with in eachgroup. The patients in the solution of the decoction, was 81.4% in treatment group teatment group and in control rate and 7.1% in group (P<0.01); the total effective rate was 94.9% when the diameter of the ovarian cyst <5 f'm and 64.5% when thediameter of ovanan cyst between 5 cm and lOcm (P<0.01).
