| 目的观察培土消瘾方直流电药物离子导入治打卵巢囊肿的临床打效及妥全性〔方法将140例卵巢囊肿患者随机分成观察组和里白组各70例，观察组用自拟培土消瘾方中药煎煮浓缩液加直流电离子导入打法治打，里白组不做处理〔结果观察组总有效率为81.40Ic，与里白组总有效率7.1%比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01) ;囊肿直径<5 cm者总有效率为94.90Io，与囊肿直径5-10 cm者总有效率64.5%比较，差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)结论培土消瘾方直流电药物离子导入治打卵巢囊肿有较好的打效，同时提示早期治打的重要性、 |

| aozheng decoctionObjective To investigate the clinical effects of the iontophoresis with Peitu Xi-on ovarian cyst. Methods 140 patients withovarian cyst were randomly dividedmto treatmentwere treated groupand control group,70 patientswith direct current group control with nothing. Results Theiontophoresistotal effective with in eachgroup. The patients inthe solution of the decoction,was 81.4% in treatment group teatment group and in control rate and 7.1% in group (P<0.01); the total effective rate was 94.9% when the diameter of the ovarian cyst <5f'm and 64.5% when the diameter of ovanan cyst between 5 cm and Ocm (P<0.01).
