同一GAP产地鱼腥草株间基因多态性研究 |

摘要: |
目的揭示同一CAP产地鱼腥草株间的基因多态性规律,为中药稳态提取工艺中最小投料量研兄莫定基础〔方法对同一CAP产地46株鱼腥草进行ISSR和RAPD分子标记,应用NTSYS2PC软件进行聚类分析〔结果将筛选出的9条ISSR引物及8条RAPD引物扩增后分别得到134和101条带,其中呈多态性的条带数为115,72条,多态比率为85.80Ic,71.30Ic,平均遗传相似系数为0.678 6,0.694 7结论两种分子标记结果均揭示了同一CAP产地鱼腥草株间基因多态性规律,阐明了引起同一CAP产地鱼腥草株间质量不稳定的内在原因,为中药材质量稳定性控制和中药稳态提取工艺中最小投料量研兄提供实验依据、 |

Abstract: |
Objective To reveal the rules of the genetic polymorphism of Houttuynia herb between strains in the same GAP place for establishing a foundation of the minimum amount in the steady一state extraction of Chinese medicine. Methods 46 strains of Houttuynia herb from same GAP place were marked with the technique of inter simple sequence repeat (ISSR) and random amplified polymorphic DNA (RAPD) and clustered[()analyze with the software of NTSYS2PC. Recults The nine ISSR primers and eight RAPD primers were amplified and obtained 134 and 101 primers respectively, in which, the polymorphic bands were 115 and 72, the polymorphic ratio were 85.8% and 71.3%,the average genetic similarity coefficient were 0.678 6 and 0.694 7.Conclusion The polymorphism gene rules of Houttuynia origining in same GAP place were revealed between strains[()clarify the origins of Houttuynia strains in unstable quality in the same GAP, which provides the experimental basis for the stability control for the Chinese medicines quality and Chinese medicine steady extraction of the smallest state feeding amount of research. |
