| 目的观察补肾化疡方对多囊卵巢(PCO)大鼠血脂代谢的影响〔方法采用来曲吐灌胃制作PCO大鼠模型，造模成功后，分别给予不同剂量补肾化疡方和炔雌醇环丙孕酮片灌胃，观察大鼠胆固醇(TC)、甘油三}4 (TG)，低密
度脂蛋白(LDL)和高密度脂蛋白(HDL)的变化〔结果PCO大鼠TC,HDL,LDL含量明显高于正常组，与正常组相比，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);补肾化疡方中、低剂量组和炔雌醇环丙孕酮片能不同程度地改善PCO大鼠血脂成分的病理改畜结诊补肾化察方能改姜P('(1夫鼠血脂代i}+异常 |

| Objective To investigate the effects of Bushen Huayu Decoction on blood fats in Polycystic Ovaries (PCO) rats. Methods The PCO model of rats were induced by Lertozole and then given respectively diverse doses of Bushen Huayu decoction, Ethinylestradiol and Cyproterone Acetate tablets through intragastric administration. The changes of total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride(TG), Low density lipoprotein (LDL) and high density lipoprotein (HDL) were detected. Results The contents of TC, HDL and LDL were higher than normal group obviously (P<0.05); the pathological changes of blood fats were ameliorated in certain degrees with administrated medium and low doses of Bushen Huayu decoction and Ethinylestradiol and Cyproterone Acetate tablets. Conclusion Bushen Huayu decoction can improve the metabolic disorders of blood fats in PCO rats. |
