〔摘要〕目的建立HPLC同时测定上鳖虫超微粉体中核葺类成分尿崛陡、次黄嚓吟含量的方法〔方法色谱柱为
Hypersil C,H BDS柱(4.6 mmx250 mm,5 }e,m),流动相0.05 mol/L磷酸氢二按水溶液,检测波长为254 nm,流速为
0.4 mL/min,柱温为25℃结果尿崛陡、次黄嚓吟分别在0.044-0.22 },g,0.042-0.21 },g范围内线性关系良好,平均
回收率分别为95.930Ic,97.320Ic, RSD分别为2.90Ic , 3.0%结论建立的方法简单、重复性好、准确可靠,可用于上鳖虫
