〔摘要〕目的观察桑生除痹合剂对膝骨性关节炎家兔组织形态学和血液流变学的影响、方法将健康6月龄新
西兰大白兔36只,随机分为正常组,模型组,壮骨关节丸组,桑生除痹合剂高、中、低剂量组〔每组6只,按照Hulth方
法造模,分别灌服高、中、低剂量桑生除痹合剂,壮骨关节丸组灌服壮骨关节丸、12周后,测定血液流变学指标再处死
动物,取股骨内侧耀关节负重区软骨及膝关节滑膜标木行光镜观察、结果关节软骨及滑膜标木光镜卜呈显著退变表

Abstract: |
(Abstract〕 Objective To evalu ate the effects of Sangsheng Chubi mixture on histology
and hemorheology of osteoarthritis in rabbits. Methods 36 rabbits were randomly divided into
6 groups as follows, normal group, model group, control group and three therapeutic groups
in high dose, middle dose and low dose respectively, 6 rabbits in each group. The models were
induced by Hulth method and fed with the mixture in high, middle and low doses; the rabbits
in control group fed with Zhuanggu Guanjie pills. After 12 weeks, the rabbits were first-
1y detected their hemorheology and then killed. Then the histology change of the articular cartilage
and synovial membrane were observed with light microscope. Results Degenerations were found in
articular cartilage and synovial membrane under light microscope. Compared with model group,
the differences of whole blood viscosity, whole blood reduced viscosity, plasma viscosity and ery-
throcyte aggregation in control group and all therapeutic groups were remarkable (P<0.01). Conclu-
lions The osteoarthritis models are successful. Sangsheng Chubi mixture can improve remarkably
the hemorheology and the local blood circulation and delay the degenaration of articular cartilage. |
