| 摘要: |
| 目的 探讨前瘾通胶囊对人前列腺组织细胞凋亡指数及细胞周期的影响、方法1.采用组织细胞培养
法，体外对良性前列腺增生BPH患者的前列腺组织块进行培养、2.采用TUNEL法和流式细胞术(FCM ) ,检测前瘾
通对体外培养BPH患者前列腺组织细胞凋亡指数和细胞周期的影响、结果前瘾通能促进细胞凋亡，对细胞凋亡
的促进作用有明显的量效关系，差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)、同时前瘾通胶囊使前列腺组织细胞的几,/G，期细胞数
增加，对细胞周期的影响同样有出明显的量效关系、高、中剂量组与低剂量组比较，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05 )。结
论前瘾通对前列腺组织能促进细胞凋亡，同时使细胞周期发生G}/G，期阻滞，从而抑制前列腺增生、 |

| Abstract: |
| Objective To study the effects of Qianlongtong capsules on apoptosis
and cell cycle in human prostate. Methods (1) The prostate tissue mass from patients with be-
nign prostate hyperplasia(BPH) were cultured in vitro. (2) the effects of Qianlongtong capsules on
apoptosis index and cell cycle cultured with were detected with TUNEL and FCM. Results
Qianlongtong promoted the apoptosis and it was related[()the dosage of the击ug (P<0.01); and
the击ug induced[()increase the cells during Go/G, periods, which was also related[()
the dosage of the drug. The differences between high and middle doses and low dose was signif-
icant (P<0.05). Conclusion Qianlongtong can inhibit the hyperplasia of prostate tissue by promot-
ing apoptosis and inhibiting cell circle in Go/G, stage. |
