超微藿香正气散对急性腹泻大鼠肠黏膜保护及水电解质的调节作用研究 |

摘要: |
目的探讨超微藿香正气散对急性腹泻大鼠肠黏膜保护和水电解质的调节作用。方法 50只大鼠随机分为空白组、模型组、超微粉组、细粉组、口服液组。采用番泻叶煎液加寒冷刺激灌胃复制大鼠急性腹泻模型,观察大鼠腹泻次数、粪便含水量的变化,用光镜观察大鼠结肠HE染色黏膜形态学变化,电极法检测血清K+、Na+、Cl-浓度,酶联免疫法检测血浆环磷酸腺苷(cAMP)水平。结果模型组大鼠腹泻次数、粪便含水量明显增加,血浆Na+、K+浓度降低、Cl-浓度升高,血浆cAMP水平升高,超微粉、细粉、口服液组与模型组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);超微粉组与细粉组比较,在降低大鼠腹泻次数、粪便含水量,升高血浆Na+、K+浓度,降低血浆Cl-浓度、cAMP水平方面差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);超微粉组与口服液组比较,在降低大鼠腹泻次数方面差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论超微藿香正气散能调节急性腹泻大鼠水电解质平衡,降低血浆cAMP水平,对肠黏膜有保护作用,其作用优于藿香正气散细粉。 更多还原 |
