| 〔摘要〕目的观察电针、手法复位、药物注射治疗腰椎小关节综合征的临床疗效〔方法选取确诊患者156例，
将其随机分为治疗组及对照组，每组各78例〔治疗组予药物注射、电针、手法复位治疗，对照组予药物注射治疗〔2
组患者分别于治疗前、治疗结束时及治疗后3个月时采用Visual Analogue Scale ( VAS )疼痛评分及SC'.110hPY'指数评
定;同时对2组患者治疗结束时及3个月后的疗效进行观察〔结果2组患者治疗结束时、治疗后3月VAS疼痛评
分较治疗前均明显h降(P<0.01, P<0.05)，且治疗结束时、治疗后3月时，治疗组VAS评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05 ,
P<0.01);治疗组SC'.110heY'指数评定显著高于对照组}P<0.05, P<0.01)，且治疗组疗效明显高于对照组(P<0.05 , P<

| Abstract: |
| (Abstract〕 Objective To observe the clinical effect of EA, pharmaceutics injection
and manipulative reduction for lumbar facet joint syndrome. Methods 156 patients with lumbar
facet joint syndromes were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 78 patients
per group. The patients in the treatment group were treated with pharmaceutics injection, EA
and manipulative二、luction and in the control group with pharmaceutics injection only. All patients
were assessed using the Visual Analog Scale(VAS) and Schober values before and after treatment,
and 3 months later, and the therapeutic effects were assessed after treatment and 3 months later.
Results VAS scores of all patients in two groups after treatment and 3 months later were re-
markably lower than before treatment (P <0.01 and P <0.05 respectively). Compared
with control group, VAS scores of patients in treatment group were significantly decreased after
treatment and 3 months later (P<0.05 and P<0.01 respectively), and the Schober values in treat-
ment group after treatment and 3 months later were obviously increased(P<0.05, P<0.01，respec-
tively), while the therapeutic effects in the treatment group were better than those
in control group(P<0.05 and P<0.01 respectively). Conclusion The therapy combined pharmaceu-
tics injection, EA with manipulative reduction is m<)二effective[()improve activity function, ef-
fectively relieve pain and enhance clinic efficacy for lumbar facet joint syndrome, compared
with pharmaceutics injection only. |
