| 〔摘要〕目的观察加减升阳除湿汤对直肠癌保肛术后前切除术后综合征的疗效〔方法选择20例患者，通过
加减升阳除湿汤干预，观察其治疗后对排便功能的影响、结果治疗组治疗前后排便次数、延缓排便能力、大便失禁
频次、总体健康受大便功能改变的影响、不能分辨排气与排便、不能完全排尽的感觉比较差异具有统计学意义(P<
0.01或P<0.05 )、对照组排便次数、大便失禁频次、总体健康受大便功能改变的影响，治疗前后比较差异具有统计
学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05 )治疗后两组排便次数、延缓排便能力、大便失禁频次评分、不能分辨排气与排便、不能
完全排净的感觉比较，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05 )、结论加减升阳除湿汤可有效治疗前切除术后综
合征便急、便频、大便失禁等症状、 |

| (Abstract〕 Objective To observe the curative effect of modified Shenyang Chushi decoction
on postoperative syndrome of rectal cancer after anterior resection. Methods 28 patients treated
with modified Shenyang Chushi decoction were observed in their lx>wel function. Results Before and
after the treatment, the differences of defecation delaying, defecation capacity, fecal incontinence
frequency, general health affected by bowel function changes, inability[()distinguish the exhaust
and bowel and inability[()drain completely feeling in treatment group were significant (P<0.01 or
P<0.05), and the differences of defection frequency, fecal incontinence frequency and general health
affected by stool changes in control group were significant(P<0.01 or P<0.0}; after treatment between
the two groups, the differences of defecation times, delayed defecation capacity, frequency of fecal
incontinence score, inability[()distinguish the exhaust or bowel and inability[()
feel击aining completely stool were significant (P <0.01 or P <0.05). Conclusion The modified
Shenyang Chushi decoction is effective[()treat the介equency, fecal incontinence and other
symptoms in acute anterior resection syndrome. |
