| 〔摘要〕目的研究一种节能、省时、高效的甘薯叶中多糖的提取方法〔方法以甘薯叶提取液中粗多糖得率为
考察指标，通过正交实验优选出最佳提取条件〔结果采用超声辅助提取甘薯叶中多糖，正交实验确定其最佳提取
