(Abstract〕 Objective To study the optimized process for preparation of the inclu-
sign complex of dihydromyricetinp一〔}yclodextrin. Methods The orthogonal design and ultraviolet
spectrophotometer were used, and the including temperature, including time, the ratio of (3一〔,y_
clodextrin and dihydromyricetin were studied, and inclusion ratio were used as optimizing index.
Results The optimized preparation conditions of dihydromyricetin一p一〔eyclodextrin included that
the ratio ofp一〔}yclodextrin and dihydromyricetin was 1:2.5, the inclusion temperature 700C and
the stirring time 60 min. Conclusion The optimizied process is simple, functional
and convenient for preparation of the inclusion complex of dihydromyricetin-(3一〔eyclodextrin. |
