| 〔摘要〕目的探讨IKB分子的上游蛋白激酶(IKK日)在幽门螺杆菌相关性胃炎(HAG)病理变化的可能作用
机制及灭幽汤的影响效应〔方法建立HAG模型，将造模成功的小鼠按体质量随机分为模型组、丽珠得乐组，灭
幽汤组〔采用免疫组化法检测胃熟膜组织中核转录因子((NF-KB),IKK(3的蛋白表达情况〔HE染色观察胃组织病
理变化〔结果灭幽汤组能明显减轻胃组织的炎症反应，灭幽汤组胃熟膜炎症程度低于模型组，差异有统计学意义
(P<0.05);能抑制HAG胃组织中NF-KB ,IKK(3蛋白的活性，灭幽汤组NF-KB ,IKK(3表达强度明显低于模型对照
组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)〔结论NF-KB和IKK(3在HAG的炎症反应中发挥重要的作用，灭幽汤治疗HAG的
可能作用机制是通过抑制IKK日的激活，阻i1=其活化 |

| Abstract: |
| (Abstract〕 Objective To discuss the effects of Mieyou decoction on II}I}(3 in Helicobacter
pylori-associated gastritis (HAG) and its possible mechanisms on pathological changes. Methods
After HAG models were established, the mice were randomly divided into model, Cabernet Franc
Sidel and Mieyou decoction groups according[()the weight. The expression of NF-KB and II}I}(3
protein in gastric mucosa tissue were detected with immunohistochemical and gastric tissue
pathological changes with HE staining. Results The mucosal inflammation in Miey-
ou decoction group was significantly lighter than that in model control group(P<0.05); inhibit the
activities of NF一KB and II}I}(3, the expression intensity of NF一KB and II}I}(3 was lower than
that in model group(P<0.05). Conclusion NF-KB and II}I}p play an important role in HAG in-
flammation, and the possible mechanism of Mieyou decoction is[()inhibit activation of II}I}p[()
prevent activation of NF-KB. |
