| 孙达武自幼学医，继拜名师，是全国骨伤名师、湖湘中医骨伤界“四大金刚”之一，其深耕中医骨伤临床七十余载，创立孙氏正骨手法，善于运用中医药治疗各类骨伤疾病。现将其学术思想从正骨手法、伤科用药、导引练功与养生理念、行医信念4个方面加以总结：正骨手法上，遵循“功能为首，时间为金”的正骨理念，“识骨查形，手摸心会”的检查要领，“以筋束骨，以骨张筋，筋骨并重，借内卸外”的正骨要诀；伤科用药上，认为损伤一证，专从血论，肿痛为警，从瘀论治，主张活血补肾大法；倡导“动静结合，循序练功”“生命在于平衡”的导引练功与养生理念；一生奉行重道尊儒的行医信念。 |

| National veteran traditional Chinese medicine expert Sun Dawu has studied medicine since childhood, and worshipped a famous teacher, and is a national orthopedics teacher and one of the "Four King Kong" in the field of traditional Chinese medicine in Hunan. He has been deeply engaged in the clinical practice of Chinese medicine bone injury for more than 70 years, and founded Sun's bone-setting technique. Sun's bone-setting technique is good at using traditional Chinese medicine to treat various orthopedic diseases. Now, his academic thoughts are summarized from four aspects:bone-setting manipulation, trauma medicine, Daoyin practice and health-preserving concept, and belief in practicing medicine. In bone-setting manipulation, he follows the bone-setting concept of "function first, time is gold", the inspection essentials of "recognizing bone, examining shape, hand touching and understanding it in heart", and the bone-setting gist of "stretching the bones with the muscles, stretching the muscles with the bones, paying equal attention to the muscles and bones, borrowing the inside to unload the outside"; in traumatic medicine, it is considered that injury is one syndrome, and it is based on blood theory, swelling and pain as the alarm, and stasis as the treatment, advocating the method of promoting blood circulation and tonifying kidney; he advocated the guiding practice and health preservation concept of "combining movement and stillness, practicing exercises in sequence" and "life lies in balance". All his life, he pursues the medical faith of respecting Confucianism. |
