| 摘要: |
| 介绍全国名中医王行宽治疗病毒性心肌炎（viral myocarditis，VMC）经验。王行宽教授认为VMC乃脏腑功能失常，正气不足，外感邪毒，内舍于心，耗气伤营所致。邪气入心，营卫不和，使心主血、肝藏血功能俱损。王教授依据“损其心者，调其营卫”理论，创立宁心定悸汤治疗VMC，治以益气养阴、行气疏肝、宁心安神，临证时结合患者体质，辨证与辨病相结合，视其兼证而灵活用药，获得良好的临床效果。 |

| Abstract: |
| To introduce national famous traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) expert Wang Xingkuan's experience in the treatment of viral myocarditis (VMC). Professor Wang Xingkuan thinks VMC is caused by dysfunction of Zang-Fu organs, deficiency of healthy Qi, feeling external evil Qi, and consuming Ying Qi and Wei Qi. The external evil Qi invading the heart and disharmony between Ying and Wei causes damage of function of the heart to control the blood, the liver to store the blood. According to the theory of "those who lose their heart, regulate their Ying and Wei", professor Wang established Ningxin Dingji Decoction to treat VMC, which can replenish Ying Qi and nourish Wei Qi, promote Qi and soothe the liver, calm the heart and calm the mind. In clinical practice, he combines with the constitution of patients, combines with syndrome differentiation and disease differentiation, and flexibly uses drugs according to the concurrent syndromes, which has obtained good clinical effect. |
