| 艾滋病（acquired immunodeficiency syndrome，AIDS）作为目前无法根治的传染病，其病邪具有浊毒致病的特点。急性期，浊毒入络首先犯肺，致肺失宣降而出现邪犯肺卫之症状，此阶段机体元气充盛，治疗以化浊解毒为主；无症状期，浊毒侵袭中焦致元气渐衰、运化不利，而浊毒日盛，元气与浊毒对峙，应化浊解毒与健脾益气并用，常用扶正抗毒药物；AIDS期，浊毒最终导致多脏腑气血阴阳亏虚，并可危及性命，应予健脾益气扶正为主，化浊解毒祛邪为辅。AIDS的发生发展与浊毒致病关系密切，可参考化浊解毒、健脾益气之治法，以期对临床治疗AIDS有所裨益。 |

| Abstract: |
| Acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (AIDS) is an infectious disease that cannot be cured at present. In the acute stage, the turbidity-toxin enters the collateral and first to invade the lung, resulting in the loss of the lung propaganda and the decline, and the appearance of the evil to invade the lung. At this stage, the body is full of vitality, and the main treatment is to remove turbidity and detoxify. In the asymptomatic period, the vitality gradually weakens due to the turbidity-toxin invaded middle Jiao, and the movement and transformation are unfavorable, while turbidity-toxin is increasing, vitality and turbidity-toxin confront each other. At this stage, should remove turbidity and detoxification, invigorate spleen and supplement Qi, commonly used strengthening the body resistance and anti-toxic drugs. In AIDS phase, turbidity-toxin eventually leads to deficiency of Qi, blood, Yin and Yang in many organs, and can endanger life. At this stage, should be mainly focus on invigorating spleen and Qi, and supplemented by removing turbidity and detoxification. The occurrence and development of AIDS is closely related to the disease caused by turbidity-toxin. The treatment methods of removing turbidity and detoxification and invigorating spleen and supplementing Qi can be referred for the clinical treatment of AIDS. |
