| 摘要: |
| 伍大华教授认为耳石症属中医学“眩晕病”范畴，其发病与肝肾关系密切，其发作期的病机为肝风夹痰上扰，缓解期的病机则以风痰未尽，肾元虚损为主。伍大华教授提出分阶段治疗此病，急性期首选SRM-IV前庭诊疗系统复位治疗，对于残余头晕及缓解期的患者则治以平眩定晕汤为主方，临床疗效颇佳。 |

| Abstract: |
| Professor WU Dahua believes that otolithiasis belongs to the category of "vertigo disease" in traditional Chinese medicine. Its onset is closely related to the kidney and liver. The pathogenesis during the attack is liver wind and phlegm disturbance. Pathogenesis during remission is mainly due to the uncleared wind and phlegm and deficiency of nephrons. Professor WU Dahua proposed to treat the disease in stages, and the SRM-IV vestibular diagnosis and treatment system is preferred in the acute phase. For patients with residual dizziness and remission, Pingxuan Dingyun Decoction is the main treatment, and the clinical effect is quite good. |
