| 针刺与艾灸是在中医学基础理论指导下，防治疾病的两种特色外治疗法，常以针灸并称。通过阅读针灸古籍，结合近代针灸文献研究进展，探讨针刺与艾灸的共同点，从理论基础和治疗特性两方面总结共同点：同以体表刺激为特点、同以病理状态为条件、同以明证审穴为指导、同以标本兼顾为原则、同以攻补兼施为手段、同以疏通经脉为根本、同以调和气血为关键、同以平衡阴阳为目的。对针刺与艾灸相同点的研究对针灸的临床应用具有共性指导意义。 |

| Acupuncture and moxibustion are two special external therapies to prevent and treat diseases under the guidance of the basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine. They are often called “acupuncture and moxibustion”. By reading the ancient books of acupuncture and moxibustion and the research progress of modern acupuncture and moxibustion literature, the similarities between acupuncture and moxibustion were discussed and summarized from the theoretical basis and therapeutic characteristics: both with features of body surface stimulation, both with the condition of pathological state, both with the guidance of the clear syndrome and the examination of the points, both with the principle of taking into account manifestation and root cause, both with the means of attacking and supplementing, both with root of the dredging of the meridians, both with the key of regulating Qi and blood, and both with the goal to balance Yin and Yang. Researches on the similarities between acupuncture and moxibustion has the common guiding significance for the clinical application of acupuncture and moxibustion. |
