| 摘要: |
| 目的 了解中医药专业学生基层就业意向，分析其影响因素，为当前中医药专业学生基层就业问题提供参考。方法 采用自编调查问卷对湖南省某中医药大学350名中医药专业本科生进行调查，采用卡方检验单因素、多重响应进行分析，探讨中医药专业学生基层就业意向的主要影响因素。结果 中医药专业学生愿意去基层就业的主要原因：愿意为基层卫生事业做贡献、工作稳定以及家庭所在地近；不愿到基层就业的主要原因：工资待遇低、设备落后以及师资薄弱。结论 中医药专业学生摆正就业姿态、学校加强对学生职业价值观的引导、通过多渠道宣传引导基层就业、组织学生基层实地参观、提供优惠政策和丰厚的物质保障将有利于改善中医药专业学生基层就业问题。 |

| Analysis of the Grassroots Employment Intention and Influencing Factors of Students Majored in Traditional Chinese Medicine |

| Abstract: |
| Objective To understand the grassroots employment intention of students majored in traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) and analyze its influencing factors, and to provide a reference for the current grassroot employment issues of students majored in TCM. Methods A self-written questionnaire was used to investigate 350 undergraduates majored in TCM in a Chinese medicine university in Hunan Province. The single factor and multiple responses of the chi-square test were used to analyze the main influencing factors of grassroots employment intentions of students majored in TCM. Results The main reasons for students majored in TCM who were willing to work at the grassroots level were their willingness to contribute to the health care at the grassroots level, stability of work, and close to family location; the main reasons for unwilling to work at the grassroots level were low wages, poor equipment, and weak teacher resources. Conclusion Students majored in TCM should take a correct position in employment. The university should strengthen the guidance of students' career values, promote and guide grassroots employment through multiple channels, organize field visits for students, provide preferential policies and abundant material guarantees. All of them will improve the issues of grassroot employment for students majored in TCM. |
