| 摘要: |
| 酸枣仁汤是治疗虚烦失眠的经典名方，其重在养肝，心肝同治，具有养血安神，清热除烦之功，临床运用治失眠相当广泛。临证主要心得：（1）切中病机，抓准辨证要点；（2）重视君药，把握枣仁用量；（3）病证结合，随证合理组方；（4）随症施治，关注合并病症；（5）调治结合，发挥综合效能。 |

| Clinical Experience of Suanzaoren Decoction in the Treatment of Deficient and Dysphoric Insomnia by Treating Both Heart and Liver |

| Abstract: |
| Suanzaoren Decoction is a classic prescription for the treatment of deficient and dysphoric insomnia. Its focuses on nourishing the liver, and treatment of both the heart and liver, which has the function of nourishing blood for tranquillization, clearing the heat and eliminating anxiety. The clinical application for the treatment of insomnia is quite extensive. Clinical experience mainly included (1) grasp the pathogenesis and the key points of syndrome differentiation; (2) attach importance to sovereign drug, grasp the dosage of Semen Ziziphi Spinosae; (3) combination of disease and syndrome, reasonable prescription according to syndromes; (4) treatment according to the symptoms, pay attention to the combined disease and symptoms; (5) combination of regulation and treatment will bring into full play the comprehensive efficacy. |
