| 摘要: |
| 新型冠状病毒肺炎是一类单股正链RNA病毒引起的传染病，具有传染力强、潜伏期长和涉及范围广的特点，在中医理论中可归于疫病范畴，性质为"温热浊毒"。"血液运行不利，津液代谢失常"的病机贯穿疾病全程，与该疾病的发生、进展及转归关系密切。从"血瘀水停"角度，探讨"未病先防""欲病救萌""既病防变""瘥后防复"的"治未病"思想在新型冠状病毒肺炎防治的全周期干预过程中的运用，力求血脉通而邪无所附，水液行而痰无所凝，宣畅被郁之正气，对本病的防治具有重要的理论价值和实际意义。 |

| Abstract: |
| Covid-19 is a communicable disease caused by a kind of single strand positive RNA virus, which has the characteristics of strong infectivity, long incubation period and wide infective range. In traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) theory, COVID-19 can be classified as a category of epidemic diseases characterized by "warm, heat, turbid and toxin". The pathogenesis of "unsmooth blood circulation and abnormal fluid and water metabolism" runs through the whole course of the disease and closely related to its occurrence, progress and outcome. From the perspective of "blood stasis causing water retention", this paper explored the application of "preventive treatment of diseases" thoughts including "prevention of occurrence", "prevention of germination", "prevention of progression" and "prevention of recurrence" in the whole process of COVID-19 prevention and treatment in order to ensure "smooth blood circulation, and no pathogens attached, fluids and water running smoothly and no phlegm, diffusing depressed vital Qi", which has important theoretical and practical implications on COVID-19 prevention and treatment. |
