| 在高校开展医疗纠纷防范教育，是将医疗纠纷防范关口前移的重要手段，而志愿服务是引导学生参与社会实践、服务社会的重要途径，加强两者的协同有利于提升医学生医疗纠纷防范能力，其价值主要体现在以下3个方面：医疗纠纷防范教育强调医方良好的医德与医风，参与志愿服务有利于加强医学生的社会责任感、奉献精神以及对患方在情感上的理解与关爱；医疗纠纷防范教育强调医方必须知法、守法以及合理运用法律武器保护自己，参与志愿服务有益于提升医学生的法律意识与维权意识；医疗纠纷防范教育强调与患方的沟通，参加志愿服务有益于加强医学生的沟通与交流能力。 |

| Abstract: |
| Strengthening medical dispute prevention education in colleges and universities is an important measure to prevent medical dissensions,the undergraduates voluntary service is also an important way to guide undergraduates to participate in social practice and serve society. Strengthening the coordination between the two approaches is beneficial to improve the medical dispute ability of medical students. Its value is mainly reflected in the following three respects.First,medical dispute prevention education emphasizes the good medical ethics and practices, participation in voluntary service is conducive to strengthening the sense of social responsibility and dedication of medical students, as well as the understanding and love of patients in emotion; Second, medical dispute prevention education emphasizes that doctors must improve legal consciousness, abide by the law and use legal weapons reasonably to protect themselves; participation in voluntary service is conducive to improving the legal awareness and rights awareness of medical students; Third, medical dispute prevention education emphasizes the relationship with patients, to participate in voluntary service is beneficial to strengthen the communication ability of medical students. |
