| 摘要: |
| 消渴是一种以口渴多饮、多食、多尿为临床表现的慢性消耗性疾病，基本病机为阴虚燥热，治法以滋阴清热为主，其包括但不仅限于现代医学中的糖尿病。陈新宇教授临诊中发现部分消渴患者，尤其是老年患者中存在"阳气不运"临床表现，治疗此类患者时多以"辛以润之"理论为指导加入细辛、桂枝等辛温之品，疗效明显。 |

| Abstract: |
| Consumptive thirst is a kind of chronic consumptive disease with the clinical syndromes of thirst, polydipsia, polyphagia and polyuria. It includes but not limited to diabetes in modern medicine and its basic pathogenesis is Yin deficiency and dryness-heat. Its major therapeutic method is nourishing Yin and clearing heat. Professor CHEN Xinyu considers that "Yang-Qi stasis" exists in some patients with the consumptive thirst, especially the elderly, so he often added pungent and warm herbs of Herba Asari, Ramulus Cinnamomi to treat these patients under the guidance of "moistening by pungent drugs", with remarkable curative effects. |
