| 摘要: |
| 新型冠状病毒感染性肺炎属中医学“疫病”范畴，其病因病机复杂。本文结合疫情的变化特点及作者对相关疫病古籍文献的理解，从湖北省武汉市“暖冬”异常气候、独特地理位置、寒湿伏燥病机演变、寒湿伏燥所致临床证候、毒邪“三焦”传变以及正气与毒邪博弈6个方面探析新型冠状病毒感染性肺炎中医学病因病机，目的是希望能为中医药抗击疫情尽微薄之力。〔关键词〕新型冠状病毒肺炎；寒湿伏燥；正邪博弈 |

| Abstract: |
| The coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) belongs to the category of "epidemic disease" or "plague" of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), and its etiology and pathogenesis are complicated. Based on the characteristics of the epidemic situation and the author's understanding of the related ancient books and documents, this paper explored the TCM etiology and pathogenesis of COVID-19 from 6 aspects:abnormal climate in "warm winter" in Wuhan Hubei, unique geographical location, pathogenesis evolution of cold and dampness mixed with hidden dryness, and clinical syndromes caused by of cold and dampness mixed with hidden dryness, transmission and change of "triple energizer" of toxic pathogens and fight between healthy Qi and toxic pathogens. The purpose is to make a modest contribution to curbing the epidemic situation with traditional Chinese medicines. |
