| 摘要: |
| 男性生殖系解脲脲原体感染是男性不育症的重要致病原因，其病理为感染破坏生殖系免疫稳态，产生多种炎症因子，从而诱导生精细胞凋亡、影响精液质量。根据其流行病学、病理特征及临床表现，运用循证医学审因求证，中医学认为其基本病机为肾虚、湿热血瘀证，病性为虚实夹杂。本文运用景岳经典《新方八阵》之和、补、固、攻四法，结合临床实践，共同探讨解脲脲原体感染性男性不育症证治。 |

| Abstract: |
| Ureaplasma urealyticum infection in male reproductive system is an important cause of male infertility, and the pathology is that Ureaplasma urealyticum infection disrupts germline immune homeostasis, producing a variety of inflammatory factors, inducing spermatogenic cell apoptosis and affecting sperm quality. According toepidemiology, pathological features and clinical manifestations, evidence-based medicine review for verification was applied. Chinese medicine believes that the basic pathogenesis is kidney Yin deficiency, and dampness-heat blood stasis syndrome.The nature of the disease is intermingled deficiency and excess. Based on the 4 methods of harmony, supplement, solid and attack from Jing yue's classic, Xinfang Bazhen, this paper jointly discusses the treatment of male infertility caused by ureaplasma urealyticum infection by combining clinical practice. |
