| 阿尔茨海默病（Alzheimer's disease，AD）是一种以进行性记忆缺失和痴呆为临床特点的大脑退行性疾病，其发病率高、死亡率高、致残率高。目前，西医治疗AD尚无特效药，而中药复方在治疗AD上有巨大的潜力和独特的优势。本文根据组方原则不同，按照补肾填精、补肾化痰、活血化瘀、益气活血、疏肝健脾的原则对近五年中药复方治疗阿尔茨海默病的研究进展进行综述。 |

| Abstract: |
| Alzheimer's disease (AD) is a degenerative brain disease characterized by progressive memory loss and dementia. It has high incidence, high mortality and high disability rate. At present, there is no specific medicine for western medicine treatment of AD, but compound prescriptions of Chinese materia medica have great potential and unique advantages in the treatment of AD. According to principles of prescription, this paper reviews research progress in recent 5 years on compound prescriptions of Chinese materia medica in the treatment of AD according to the principles of tonifying kidney and supplementing essence, tonifying kidney and resolving phlegm, activating blood and resolving stasis, benefiting Qi and activating blood, as well as soothing liver and strengthening spleen. |
