| 目的 综合评价咀嚼槟榔与口腔癌之间的关联。方法 检索PubMed、CNKI、维普、万方数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库，全面查找研究咀嚼槟榔和口腔癌的相关文献，严格按照纳入、排除标准和质量评价体系，剔除不相关文献之后，采用Rev Man 5.3软件对其进行Meta分析，评估槟榔与口腔癌的关联性。结果 纳入18篇文献（16篇病例对照，2篇队列研究），包括患者3 170例，对照人群242 085例。采用随机效应模型，咀嚼槟榔对口腔癌的合并检验分析结果为：Z=7.57，P<0.01，合并后的OR为8.93，95%的CI为[5.07-15.47]，同时嚼槟榔的次数和时长都与口腔癌有关联（P<0.01）。结论 咀嚼槟榔与口腔癌有关联，口腔癌的发病风险随嚼槟榔年份和量的增加而增加。 |

| Objective To comprehensively evaluate the relationship between chewing Semen Arecae and the risk of oral cancer. Methods PubMed, CNKI, VIP, Wanfang Data and CBMdisc were systematically searched. Related studies on chewing Semen Arecae and the risk of oral cancer were selected in strict accordance with inclusion and exclusion criteria and quality assessment system, with irrelevant studies excluded. RevMan 5.3 software was used for Meta-analysis. The relationship between chewing Semen Arecae and oral cancer was evaluated. Results Eighteenth studies (including 2 cohort studies and 16 case-control studies) were included, involving 3170 patients and 242085 controls. Random effect model was used in the analysis. Merged analysis results of chewing Semen Arecae and the risk of oral cancer was Z=7.57, P<0.01; merged OR was 8.93 and 95% CI was[5.07-15.47]. The number and duration of chewing Semen Arecae were associated with oral cancer (P<0.01). Conclusion Chewing Semen Arecae is associated with oral cancer, and the risk of oral cancer is increased by the increase in the year and amount of chewing Semen Arecae. |
