| 温针灸联合古方青娥丸加味对绝经后骨质疏松腰腿痛患者疼痛、氧化应激及性激素水平的影响 |

| 摘要: |
| 目的 探讨温针灸联合古方青娥丸加味对绝经后骨质疏松患者腰腿痛患者疼痛、氧化应激及性激素水平的影响。方法 选择2015年7月至2017年12月在本院接受治疗的80例绝经后骨质疏松腰腿痛患者进行研究，采用随机数字表法将患者分为2组，每组各40例。对照组单纯采用青娥丸加味进行治疗，观察组在此基础上加以温针灸治疗。对比两组患者疗效、疼痛、氧化应激、性激素水平及不良反应发生情况。结果 观察组患者总有效率为95.00%，明显高于对照组的77.50%（P<0.05）。治疗后两组患者血清丙二醛、氧化型谷胱甘肽、疼痛视觉模拟评分均明显下降（P<0.05），且观察组下降幅度更大（P<0.05）；治疗后两组患者超氧化物歧化酶、谷胱甘肽、雌二醇、促卵泡素、促黄体素均明显上升（P<0.05），且观察组升高幅度更显著（P<0.05）。对照组不良反应发生率为5.00%，与观察组的7.50%比较差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论 温针灸联合青娥丸加味与单独使用青娥丸加味治疗相比，可明显提高骨质疏松腰腿痛患者疗效、缓解疼痛、改善氧化应激反应、提高性激素水平。 |

| Effects of Warm Acupuncture Combined with Ancient Formula Modified Qinge Pills on Pain, Oxidative Stress and Sex Hormone Levels on Patients with Post-menopausal Osteoporosis |

| Objective To explore the effects of warming acupuncture combined with ancient formula modified Qinge Pills on pain, oxidative stress and sex hormone levels on patients with postmenopausal osteoporosis. Methods A total of 80 patients with low back in post-menopausal osteoporosis patients were enrolled in The Union Hospital Affiliated to Tongji Medical College of Huazhong University of Science and Technology from July 2015 to December 2017. Patients were divided into 2 groups by using a random number table method, with 40 patients in each group. The control group was treated with modified Qinge Pills alone, and the observation group was treated with warm acupuncture on the basis of the control group. The efficacy, pain, oxidative stress, sex hormone levels and adverse reactions of the 2 groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.00%, which was significantly higher than 77.50% of the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the MDA, GSSG and VAS score of the 2 groups were significantly decreased (P<0.05), but the decrease of the observation group was greater (P<0.05). After treatment, the SOD, GSH, E2, FSH and LH of the 2 groups increased significantly (P<0.05), but the observation group increased more significantly (P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reaction in the control group was 5.00%, which was not significantly different from the 7.50% in the observation group (P>0.05). Conclusion Warm acupuncture combined with modified Qinge Pills can significantly improve the efficacy of patients with low back pain in osteoporosis patients, relieve pain, improve oxidative stress and improve sex hormone levels. |
