| 摘要: |
| 目的 探究银丹心脑通软胶囊联合小剂量辛伐他汀对老年高血压合并高脂血症患者的影响。方法 采用随机数字表法将老年高血压合并高血脂症患者214例分为观察组与对照组，对照组采用辛伐他汀，观察组患者采用银丹心脑通软胶囊联合小剂量辛伐他汀治疗；对比两组患者血液流变学指标、血脂、血压、IL-6、ox-LDL及hs-CRP水平。结果 观察组患者治疗后全血高切黏度、全血低切黏度、血浆黏度纤维蛋白原及红细胞聚集指数均明显低于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组患者治疗后TC、TG、LDL-C明显低于对照组（P<0.05），HDL-C明显高于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组患者治疗后IL-6、hs-CRP及ox-LDL显著低于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组患者治疗后收缩压及舒张压均显著低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 银丹心脑通软胶囊联合小剂量辛伐他汀治疗老年高血压合并高脂血症患者能够有效纠正其血液流变学代谢紊乱，调节血脂水平，减轻炎性症状，降低血压水平。 |

| Abstract: |
| Objective To explore the influence of Yindan Xinnaotong Capsule combined with small-dose simvastatin on elderly hypertensive patients with hyperlipidemia. Methods A total of 214 cases of elderly hypertensive and hyperlipidemia patients were divided into an observation group and a control group according to random number table method. The control group was given simvastatin treatment, and the observation group was given Yindan Xinnaotong Capsule combined with small-dose simvastatin treatment. Blood rheology indexes, blood lipids, blood pressure, IL-6, ox-LDL and hs-CRP levels were compared. Results After treatment, whole blood viscosity, whole blood low shear viscosity, plasma viscosity, fibrinogen and erythrocyte aggregation index in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). TC, TG and LDL-C in the observation group were significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05), and HDL-C was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). IL-6, hs-CRP and ox-LDL in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, with statistically significant difference in the 2 groups (P<0.05). Systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Yindan Xinnaotong Capsule combined with small-dose simvastatin in the treatment of elderly hypertensive patients with hyperlipidemia can effectively correct blood rheology, metabolic disorders, regulate blood lipid levels, and reduce inflammatory symptoms and blood pressure levels. |
