| 摘要: |
| 目的 观察穴位按摩、足部反射疗法联合中药对老年前列腺增生患者的干预作用。方法 选取90例老年前列腺增生患者，按随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组，每组各45例。对照组应用琥龙方治疗，观察组在对照组基础上联合穴位按摩、足部反射疗法。比较两组治疗总有效率、临床症状缓解时间（尿频多、尿无力、尿线变细、会阴部坠胀痛）及治疗前后的血清雌二醇（E2）、睾酮（T）水平。结果 观察组总有效率为93.3%，高于对照组的77.8%（P<0.05）；观察组患者临床症状（尿频、尿无力、尿线变细、会阴部坠胀痛）缓解时间均显著短于对照组（P<0.01）；治疗后两组血清E2水平均显著下降、T水平显著升高（P<0.05）；观察组治疗后的血清E2水平显著低于对照组、T水平显著高于对照组（P<0.01）。结论 穴位按摩、足部反射疗法联合中药治疗老年前列腺增生，可调节机体阴阳及脏腑功能，加快缓解临床症状，增强疗效，且物理疗法安全、无副作用，具有较高临床应用价值。 |

| Abstract: |
| Objective To observe the clinical effect of acupoint massage and foot reflexology combined with traditional Chinese medicine in elderly patients with prostatic hypertrophy. Methods A total of 90 elderly patients with prostatic hypertrophy were divided into observation group and control group according to a random number table, with 45 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Hulong Prescription, while the observation group was treated with acupoint massage and foot reflexology in addition to Hulong Prescription. The two groups were compared in terms of overall response rate, remission time of clinical symptoms (frequent urination, urinary weakness, urine thinning, and perineal pain), and serum estradiol (E2) and testosterone (T) levels before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results The overall response rate was significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group (93.3% vs 77.8%, P<0.05). The remission time of clinical symptoms (frequent urination, urinary weakness, urine thinning, perineal pain) in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group (P<0.01). After treatment, both groups showed a significant reduction in serum E2 level and a significant increase in serum T level (P<0.05), and the observation group had a significantly lower E2 level and a significantly higher T level compared with the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion For elderly patients with prostatic hypertrophy, acupoint massage and foot reflexology combined with traditional Chinese medicine can regulate the function of Yin and Yang and viscera and accelerate the relief of clinical symptoms and has enhanced efficacy. In addition, physical therapy is safe and has no side effects. Therefore, this treatment holds promise for clinical application. |
