| 沙丁胺醇联合中药穴位贴敷治疗慢性阻塞性肺病的疗效观察 |

| 摘要: |
| 目的 探讨沙丁胺醇联合中药穴位贴敷治疗慢性阻塞性肺病（Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease，COPD）的疗效。方法 将120名COPD患者分成实验组和对照组，对照组采用单纯沙丁胺醇治疗，实验组采用沙丁胺醇联合中药穴位敷贴治疗。观察两组临床疗效情况、Borg评分变化情况、肺功能[用力肺活量（FVC）、1s 用力呼气容积（FEVl）、1s用力呼气容积占用力肺活量百分比（FEVl/FVC）、]以及血气指标[动脉血氧分压（PaO2）以及二氧化碳分压（PaCO2）]变化情况。结果 实验组总有效率为91.67%，明显对高于对照组的73.33%，两组差异有统计学意义（P<0.01）；实验组Borg评分指数改善情况明显优于对照组（P<0.01）；治疗后两组患者FVC、FEVl、FEVl/FVC均较治疗前增高（P<0.05或P<0.01），且实验组高于对照组（P<0.05或P<0.01）；治疗后，两组患者PaO2较治疗前升高、PaCO2较治疗前下降（P<0.05或P<0.01），且实验组PaO2高于对照组、PaCO2低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.01）。结论 沙丁胺醇联合中药穴位贴敷治疗COPD相比单用沙丁胺醇治疗，能显著改善肺功能情况，显著提高疗效，值得临床应用与推广。 |

| Efficacy of Salbutamol Combined with Acupoint Application of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease |

| Objective To explore the efficacy of salbutamol combined with acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Methods A total of 120 patients with COPD were divided into experimental group and control group. The control group was treated with salbutamol alone, while the experimental group received salbutamol combined with acupoint application of TCM. The clinical outcomes, Borg score, lung function[forced vital capacity (FVC), forced expiratory volume in one second (FEV1), and FEV1/FVC], and blood gas indices[arterial oxygen partial pressure (PaO2) and carbon dioxide partial pressure (PaCO2)] were observed in the two groups. Results The experimental group had a significantly higher overall response rate than the control group (91.67% vs 73.33%, P<0.01). The experimental group also had a significantly greater improvement in Borg score than the control group (P<0.01). After treatment, both groups had significantly increased FVC, FEV1, and FEV1/FVC (P<0.05 or P<0.01); the experimental group had significantly higher FVC, FEV1, and FEV1/FVC than the control group (P<0.05 or P<0.01). After treatment, both groups had significantly increased PaO2 and significantly reduced PaCO2 (P<0.05 or P<0.01); the experimental group had a significantly higher PaO2 and a significantly lower PaCO2 than the control group (P<0.01). Conclusion Compared with salbutamol alone, salbutamol combined with acupoint application of TCM can significantly improve pulmonary function and treatment outcomes in patients with COPD, which holds promise for clinical application and promotion. |
