| 借鉴名老中医成才的非智力影响因素，探究辅导员如何利用课外环境创设，培养中医专业大学生的非智力成长因素，促进学生自我管理能力、人文素养、思维悟性、职业情怀、职业信念、道德情操等方面大幅提升，使其成长为高水平的中医专业人才。 |

| With reference to the non-intellectual factors influencing the development of established traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) doctors, this study aims to explore the ways to foster non-intellectual factors for the development of university students majoring in traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) from the perspective of a university counselor, by creating an appropriate extracurricular environment, which will significantly promote students' self-management ability, humanistic attainment, thinking perception, professional feeling and belief, and moral sentiment, therefore making them become high-level TCM talents. |
