| 摘要: |
| 慢性病的病因特点不外病邪兼夹、内邪归化、内邪异化、内邪生化。复合病机表现为并列、主次差异、矛盾关系。慢性病表现为多病共存、共病，具有症状繁多复杂证候、复杂病程、动态变化的临床特征。陈大舜教授认为个体化的整体治疗观，临床需要根据内生邪气的杂合现象，慢性病以和法论治为落脚点。 |

| Abstract: |
| The etiology of chronic diseases is characterized by mingle of pathogetic factors and domestication,foreignization and metaplasia of endogenous pathogeous. The compound pathogenesis shows its paratactic, master-structured and cintradiction relationship. Chronic diseases contain forms of comorbidity and coexisted multiple diseases, featured by various symptoms,complicated syndromes, intricated course and dynamic changes. Therefore, Professor Chen thinks that individualized holistic approach of theatment should be based on the heterozygous phenomena of endogenous pathogeous. And the treatment of chronic diseases should take harmonization method as the foothold. |
