| 摘要: |
| 《正体类要》是我国明代骨科一部卓有成就的重要专著，它对中医骨科学体系的发展有着不可磨灭的贡献，特别是对于骨科辨证用药的内治之法有诸多阐述，对后世伤科的内治有深远的影响。湖湘岳阳张氏正骨学术流派在发展过程中，较多地吸收并结合了《正体类要》重视伤科内治的精髓，并在传承中创新。本文分析《正体类要》对张氏正骨相关学术思想和应用的影响，认为张氏正骨流派在伤科辨证、内用方药等方面继承了《正体类要》重要的理念，逐步形成了张氏正骨气血为先，肝脾肾并重；理术结合，完善骨科体系；辨证论治，创新方药应用；针砭辅助，以达托补之功的学术思想。 |

| Abstract: |
| The "Zhengti Leiyao", Classification and Treatment of Traumatic Diseases, is an important representative book of orthopedics in Ming Dynasty. It has an indelible contribution to promote the development of the Chinese orthopedics system, especially in the aspect of medicine using for orthopedics diseases. Hunan Zhang's Orthopedic Academic School constantly absorbed and combined the essences of Classification and Treatment of Traumatic Diseases in the process of development, and on its basis of inheriting embodies the innovation. This article analyzed the impacts of Classification and Treatment of Traumatic Diseases on the Hunan Zhang's Orthopedic Academic School about related academic ideas and practical application. Gradually, Zhang's Orthopedic Academic School inherited the important academic thought of the Classification and Treatment of Traumatic Diseases mainly in the aspects of diagnoses and the internal using of the prescriptions. |
