| 由于多囊卵巢综合征（polycystic ovary syndrome，PCOS）临床表现多样，PCOS的诊断标准一直存在较大争议,其诊断方面的争议影响了治疗的规范化。笔者从PCOS不孕症的病机核心、3阶段-12灰阶诊断、一元化分型、中医证候、治疗核心等方面介绍王若光教授对PCOS不孕症优化管理的思路与见解。 |

| Because of the diversity of clinical manifestations of polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), the diagnosis of PCOS has been controversial, the diagnosis of the dispute affected the treatment standardization. This paper introduces Wang Ruoguang's thinking and understanding about the optimal management of polycystic ovary syndrome from the pathogenesis of infertility core PCOS, 3 stage-12 gray scale, centralized type, TCM syndrome and treatment of core. |
