| 摘要: |
| 未病观是国医大师孙光荣教授中医临证四大核心理念的重要组成部分，包括未病先防和既病防变两个内容，具体有不同的方法，《黄帝内经》从宏观上给予了指导，即“法于阴阳，和于术数，食饮有节，起居有常，不妄作劳”。孙教授的养生总则是“合则安”；养生要诀是“上善、中和、下畅”；养心法则是：“是非审之于己，毁誉听之于人，得失安之于数”；推崇的养生方法是干祖望教授提出的：“童心、蚁食、猴行、龟欲”。具体操作方法有顺应自然、修心养性、护肾保精、运动锻炼、调摄饮食、针灸推拿、服用药物以养生，避其邪气以防病等。 |

| “Prevent Disease” of Four Key Ideas on Clinical Symptoms of TCM |

| Abstract: |
| The theory of preventive treatment is one of the four core ideas from TCM master Sun Guangrong including the prevention before disease onset and preventing disease from exacerbating.The macroscopic guidance was given in Huangdi Neijing.The general regimen principle from Master Sun is "He Ze An":proper is the health.The instruction is "Shangshan,Zhonghe,Xiachang".The praised regimen is from the famous Professor Gan Zuwang:childishness,eat a balanced diet,movement,fewer desire".The concret method of keeping health is accommodation to nature,nature-cultivation and regulating the mind,kidney essence protecting,exercise training,diet balance,acupuncture and moxibustion,massage,and medicine.We can also prevent diseases by avoiding evil influence. |
