| 湖湘大地，人杰地灵，湖湘文化，源远流长。湖湘中医药文化的文字记载，最早可追溯至马王堆汉墓出土的医书古籍。湖湘中医骨伤学术流派受湖湘文化影响，逐渐形成了以“注重手法，筋骨并重，内外兼治，康复为先”为核心的骨伤学术理论体系。湖湘中医骨伤主要有六大流派。长沙、株洲张氏骨伤学术流派以筋骨并重、内外兼治为核心；岳阳张氏正骨学术流派以“和”为核心思想，独创君臣佐使正骨手法；常宁詹氏骨伤学术流派擅长运用专长绝技和祖传秘方；邵阳孙氏正骨学术流派强调形神并重、众术共成；浏阳江氏正骨学术流派重视气血津液及整体辨证；湘潭杨氏骨伤学术流派尤为擅长手法整复儿童骨折。近代，湖湘六大中医骨伤流派取得了飞速发展，形成了各具特色的学术思想，取得了优秀的学术和临床成果，推动了湖湘中医骨伤的整体发展，并推动了湖湘中医药文化的传播与发展。 |

| Abstract: |
| The land of Huxiang, where talented people and cultural heritage abound, has a long and profound culture. The earliest written records of Chinese medicine culture in Huxiang can be traced back to the ancient medical books unearthed from Mawangdui Han Dynasty Tomb. Influenced by Huxiang culture, Huxiang schools of orthopedics and traumatology of Chinese medicine gradually formed an academic theoretical system with "a focus on techniques, equal emphasis on tendons and bones, combination of internal and external treatments, and priority on rehabilitation" as the core. There are six main Huxiang schools of orthopedics and traumatology of Chinese medicine. Zhang's academic school of orthopedics and traumatology in Changsha and Zhuzhou focuses on both tendons and bones, as well as the combination of internal and external treatments; Zhang's academic school of bonesetting in Yueyang takes "harmony" as the core idea and creates a bonesetting technique of monarch, minister, assistant, and guide; Zhan's academic school of orthopedics and traumatology in Changning is good at utilizing expertise, unique skills, and ancestral secret formulas; Sun's bonesetting academic school in Shaoyang stresses the equal emphasis on body and spirit, and the integration of various techniques; Jiang's bonesetting academic school in Liuyang attaches great importance to the pattern differentiation of qi, blood, and body fluids, and holistic pattern differentiation; Yang's academic school of orthopedics and traumatology in Xiangtan is particularly skilled in manual reduction of pediatric fractures. In modern times, these six academic schools have achieved rapid development, forming unique academic ideas, achieving excellent academic and clinical results, and promoting the overall development of orthopedics and traumatology of Chinese medicine and the dissemination and development of Chinese medicine culture in Huxiang. |
