| 国家中药复方专利治疗男性不育症的用药规律分析 |

| 摘要: |
| 目的 通过对治疗男性不育症中药复方专利的挖掘，研究其配伍用药规律，为临床遣药组方及新药开发提供依据。方法 检索2010至2021年国家专利数据库中治疗男性不育症的中药复方专利，运用中医传承计算平台V3.0，对中药的药性、药味、归经、功效及中药频次进行统计，通过关联规则和复杂系统熵聚类法等方法分析中药复方的配伍规律。结果 共纳入治疗男性不育症中药复方123首，涉及中药220味，使用频次前6位分别是菟丝子、枸杞子、淫羊藿、熟地黄、当归、肉苁蓉。涉及药物药性以温为主，其次为平、寒；药味以甘居多，其次为苦、辛；归经以肾、肝经为主；功效以补虚类为主，其次为活血化瘀类；“菟丝子-枸杞子”药对组合出现频次最高；置信度居首位的关联组合为“菟丝子，山药→枸杞子”；聚类分析得到男性不育症中药复方专利5个核心类方。结论 诸医家治疗男性不育症重视标本兼治，以补肾益精治其本，活血化瘀、清热利湿、健脾益气治其标，注重肝肾同治，脾肾并调，常用五子衍宗丸、左归丸、右归丸、四物汤等经典方加减治疗男性不育症。 |

| Abstract: |
| Objective Through the excavation of the patents of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) for the treatment of male infertility, to study the medication rules of their compatibility, and to provide a basis for clinical prescriptions and new drug development. Methods The patents of TCM compound prescriptions for the treatment of male infertility in the national patent database from 2010 to 2021 were searched, the TCM inheritance calculation platform (V3.0) was used to make statistics on the property, taste, meridian, efficacy and frequency of Chinese medicines. Association rules and complex system entropy clustering method were used to analyze the medication rules of compatibility of TCM compound. Results A total of 123 TCM compound prescriptions for the treatment of male infertility were included, involving 220 Chinese medicines. The top 6 frequently used were Tusizi (Cuscutae Semen), Gouqizi (Lycii Fructus), Yinyanghuo (Epimedii Folium), Shudihuang (Rehmanniae Radix Praeparata), Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix), Roucongrong (Cistanches Herba). The property of a medicine involved was temperature, followed by flat and cold; most of the medicine taste was sweet, followed by bitter and pungent; kidney and liver meridians were the main meridians;the main efficacy was tonifying deficiency, followed by promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis; the combination of "Tusizi (Cuscutae Semen)-Gouqizi (Lycii Fructus)" was the most frequently; the combination with the highest confidence was "Tusizi (Cuscutae Semen), Shanyao (Dioscoreae Rhizoma)→Gouqizi (Lycii Fructus)"; cluster analysis had evolved 5 core prescriptions of patents of TCM for the treatment of male infertility. Conclusion In the treatment of male infertility, doctors pay attention to treating both symptoms and root causes, treating the root causes with nourishing kidney and nourishing essence, promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis, clearing heat and dampness, strengthening spleen and Qi to treat the symptoms, focusing on simultaneous treatment of liver and kidney, and regulating both spleen and kidney. Wuzi Yanzong Pill, Zuogui Pill, Yougui Pill, Siwu Decoction and other classic prescriptions are commonly used for the treatment of male infertility. |
